Pablo Salomon

CEO

Pablo Salomon holds a computer science degree from the "Universidad Catolica del Uruguay" and has additional studies from Columbia University, San Jose State University, University of Minnesota and Singularity University.

After working in San Jose, California for Adobe Systems as part of the Acrobat engineering team, in 1999 Pablo returned to Uruguay where he founded Interactive Networks Inc.

Until 2011 as CEO and CTO of Interactive Networks, Pablo led the development of several instant messaging products, grew the company, established an international reseller networks and partnerships with companies like Microsoft, raised VC money to further expand the business and sold the company to Geodesic, a publicly traded company based in India. After leaving his operational role at Interactive Networks, in 2011 Pablo founded Inetsat.

Pablo fosters and supports entrepreneurship in Uruguay through the participation in organizations like Ingenio Incubator, National Agency of Research and Innovation, the Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technology and Startup Weekend as well as through one on one mentoring of young entrepreneurs.

Gabriel Ejgenberg

VP Business Development

Gabriel received a master's degree from Harvard Law School and a J.D. from Universidad de la República (Montevideo).

He has professional experience in Uruguay, the United States and the United Kingdom. As a member of Bergstein Abogados since 2000, his practice focuses on corporate and employment law matters. Gabriel routinely advises clients on virtually all aspects of the law affecting companies (and non-profit entities) of all sizes and industries.

Gabriel has advised numerous transnational companies in the establishment or restructuring of their operations, investment projects and M&As. His work has been highlighted by independent reviewers such as Chambers and Partners, the Legal 500, Latin Lawyer and the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association. He has been a speaker in international legal conferences. He has advised companies such as Visa, Sony, Claro, Cisco, Accenture and Lexmark.

He was an associate with Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, London in 2006 and a foreign lawyer with Holland & Knight, Washington, DC, in 2007. He has been a council member of a prominent Uruguayan NGO and is actively involved in the academic milieu, teaching and publishing on Employment Law matters.

Bruno Martínez

CTO

Bruno holds a computer science degree from UDELAR and worked as teaching assistant for the university at Logic Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms courses.

He is interested in functional programming, data structures and efficient algorithms for external memory, and distributed communication protocols.

At Interactive Networks, he was in charge of the protocols to communicate with public IM networks, some of the internal enterprise messaging modules, MMS, and SMS via Serial Modem.

He then worked at ComponentOne, a leading provider of components and Microsoft partner, developing, maintaining and supporting the suite of graphical controls for Silverlight, WPF and Windows Phone 7.

Federico M. Zwiebel

Advisor

He graduated in Industrial Engineering at the National Technological University (U.T.N), holds a Master of Finance at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (U.T.D.T) and participated from the Executive Program in Strategy & Organization (EPSO) at Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.

He began his career as Consultant at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) acting in projects related to Business Strategy, Process Re-engineering, Supply Chain Management, Human Performance, Outsourcing and Technology in corporations such as: Telecom Argentina, Telefonica, Lloyds Bank TSB plc, Bank Itaú, Bank Santander Central Hispanic (Spain), BCI (Chile), Siderar and Exiros (Group Techint).

Afterwards he served as a Senior Associate to the CEO & Chairman in Claxson Interactive Group (XSONF.OB), a multinational multimedia holding, collaborating directly with the CEO & Chairman in the definition, development and execution of the corporate strategy, being strongly involved in mergers & acquisitions and divestitures.

At present he serves as Director of Planning & Operations at Playboy TV Latin America & Iberia LLC, a company owned by Claxson Interactive Group and Playboy Enterprisers Inc, having the responsibility for the corporate strategy, corporate controlling and the operations on the firm. He also serves as a Board Advisor to PB Brazil Entretenimientos (a joint-venture between Globosat and Playboy TV Latin America & Iberia LLC)
